I'm not sure where you're going with this. It doesn't seem to make any sense. A line can't be said to be any number of degrees unless it's angular difference is measured against a reference line such as true north. Absent a reference line, a line can't be said to have any degrees. With a reference line it can be any direction or number of degrees (0 to 360) depending on its orientation.![]()
