The scooter was amazingly in-effective at shooting down tanks. The operator had to expose himself to enemy fire and then try to aim the offset barrel because it was mounted on the scooter so that it would not interfere with the steering column of the scooter. There was no elevation adjustment so the operator had to be directly in front of the tank it wanted to kill. Even if the operator managed to kill a tank, any other enemy tanks in the area would blast him. Not to mention any foot soldiers would take him out. Just as flame thrower operators in WWII and Vietnam called attention to themselves and were shot at from all directions. These tank killer scooters would make a pretty loud noise.I have fired a Bazooka AKA 3.5 rocket launcher. They do not look like the weapon pictured. (Actually 801 rounds)
