It was a brutal week on the stock markets this week, but I made a few dollars on Methanex when it went up 6 days in a row. I bailed out after three days and it still kept going up. Methanex is massively overbought, but I predict it will go up some more before the sell off.

I would like to know how important are price charts in your trading CC?

Correction : Methanex is overbought this week.

The charts are the first thing I look at to determine how the stock is doing today, in the past and what it may do in the future. Methanex is an example of a unique opportunity where they are the major player around the world in the manufacture of methanol which is used in gasoline and the manufacture of many goods like plastics, paints, drugs, etc, etc.

Identify the unique stocks with little or no competition. Methanex is overbought at this time, shareholders will take profits and sell off making it attractive again. This cycle will repeat over and over again.

heh Pfizer vaccine is all everyone is talking about now. people are acting like it's a cure and everything will be fine and back to the old days in 6 months with no masking and no social distancing. A big reality check is coming when people realise it's not that silver bullet or magic cure and Covid-19 is here for a VEEEERY long time. until then a lot of people are gonna die unnecessarily because of the vaccine euphoria...but Pfizer will definitely cash in on the hype at the stock market.
