An MPA I knew a long time ago used to offer 5 minute sessions. You could take your time going in, showering, etc. You had to be hard and ready, and she would just come in, get you off, take the cash and leave. For $20 it was a good deal, though I never was really tempted. It was also good when she was fully booked, but she would still squeeze in a 5-minute session between regulars.
