This would have been stolen from one of the Air Cargo facilities, not from the passenger terminals and I wouldn't be surprised if it was an inside job. I used to deal with Air Canada cargo employees and they were the worst people I have ever dealt with and so incompetent.

It almost seems like two different arrests got lumped together by idiot journalists.
