Bullshit! In season 1 after he comes back from the compound where his wife and daughter are being held, Jack is confined to one of the interrogation rooms (I believe it was B) and he is clearly seen gobbling up what looks to be a stouffers lean cuisine, Oriental Chicken I believe.

I have to admit that I haven't seen the show but for one episode. Liked it very much so maybe I'll watch more of it.

What I suggest you do is go buy seasons 1 thru 3 on DVD. If your not devoting every spare minute to this show, I'll be a monkey's uncle. I starting watching with about 5 shows left in season 3 and when this season started I have caught every second. There's a lot of coincidences and things that just don't make sense. But really who gives a shit. Quality entertainment.

The thing I can't understand is how Jack can take perhaps one of the most brutal torture sessions in Season 2, to the point where his heart stops and yet 45 minutes later he is pulling some crazy martial arts stuff. Jack Bauer is my Hero!

Still speculation on my part, but there are rumours that he is returning (and who hasn't?). I saw Kiefer Sutherland on a talk show where he was asked if the Palmer character is coming back and of course he couldn't say anything definite. However, he said he couldn't deny that he is.

So I've been waiting all season, trying to figure out how they bring him back. Of course the power goes to the VP (if indeed the prez is toast) so I'm wondering in what capacity it will be. Consultation, maybe?
