? 407ETR - avoid mail ?

Hi
I use the 407 occasionally - no transponder
I believe they still mail out statement - even though I'm paperless and have direct payment from bank account

I don't want a trip statement in the mail .
Don't see that option on their website
I emailed a request - but it takes 5 business days

Suggestions to avoid a 407 paper trail

They do e-billing and e-statements. Take a look at their website again, the option is on there somewhere...

Now why would you not want statements in the mail? You have to create a username and password and then you can sign up for paperless billing.

They don't mail statements with paperless billing. I haven't received a statement in the mail in years. I have to log into my account to read my statements. They just send an email saying it's available online.

I changed to paperless on line and automatic billing to a credit card my wife does have access too... as far as I know it took effect immediately (I hope, or I'm in trouble lol).

Serge the counter guy said my account was paperless since 2012 and I shouldn't be receiving paper statements
But , I got one in the mail a year ago after it was automatically paid from my bank account
Don't know what would trigger it. ( If a 407ETR bill isn't paid .... then , yes , you will get paper mail sent to your home address)
Today my cellphone # was added to my account ( though I thought I did that online too 3 days ago)
