Bunch of idiots, deport ASAP but libtard judges will fight them.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement teamed up with the U.S. Department of Agriculture and other law enforcement partners to execute search warrants in Alabama related to illegal game fighting. The operation netted the arrest of 55 illegal aliens and five United States citizens engaged in the illegal cockfighting scheme.

The criminal warrant-based operation conducted by the Gulf of America Homeland Security Task Force, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of Inspector General and law enforcement officers from the state of Alabama, took place on Saturday, June 14, in Blount County, Alabama, northeast of Birmingham.

The operation targeted an illegal cockfighting exhibition that authorities believed was in operation in the rural Alabama county. The warrant executed by the task force focused on the unlawful animal fighting venture and the suspected presence of illegal aliens in violation of federal law. The warrant alleged the targeted operation was conducting illegal gambling as well, according to U.S. Immigration and Customs authorities.

The surprise operation resulted in the apprehension of 60 individuals suspected of involvement in the illegal animal fighting venture. Of those arrested, 55 were determined to be in the United States illegally. The multiagency team executing the search warrants recovered two firearms and seized more than $100,000 in bulk currency.

In a subsequent press release, Steven N. Schrank, Special Agent in Charge of Homeland Security Investigations in Georgia and Alabama, said, “This illegal cockfighting operation wasn’t just about animal cruelty — it was tied to a broader network of serious crimes, including illegal gambling, drug trafficking, and violent offenses. These criminal enterprises endanger our communities, and HSI remains steadfast in its mission to disrupt and dismantle them.”

As reported by Breitbart Texas, in early May, a similar operation focused on illegal cockfighting took place in Southern Mississippi. That warrant-based operation resulted in numerous arrests involving illegal aliens and United States citizens involved in the operation. Breitbart reports extensively on illegal cockfighting operations across the United States. Frequently, these barbaric contests are connected to Mexican cartel money laundering operations.

As with the Mississippi case, the latest bust in Alabama is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that employs the full resources of the Department of Justice to address illegal immigration, eliminate cartels and transnational criminal organizations, and protect American communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.

Animal fighting is widespread in the South - i.e. the Michael vick dog fighting conviction - and I question if it has gang affiliations.
Totally true. Cock fighting is big in South America. It is interesting that the agent quoted here talked about broader illegal activity besides the animal cruelty, like drug traffiking and violence....yet, no charges were filed for that.

Look, I'm not going to say these dudes shouldn't be arrested and/or deported. But, it just goes to show that ICE seems more interested in the low hanging fruit that generates headlines to get the low IQ MAGA cultists excited. But, they seem to have little desire to tackle actual violent gangs, which is where I think EVERYONE would think would be the place to focus on....

It doesn't matter how widespread it is. It's illegal and cruel, so deportations should be in order.

Why do you try your utmost to rationalize bad behaviour when it comes to illegals? Why are you and leftists so offended by the concept of a nation with laws?

Sorry silent and other guys who don't think much of this bust but I disagree with you here.

These fights ARE run by violent criminal gangs. It's all about gambling and loansharking. And aside from the cruelty this gambling is based on, ('Gaming, fun family entertainment if run by govt 🤡 ) there is loansharking and the resultant violence in collecting, there are thefts, frauds, robberies etc that the gamblers inevitably resort to so they can pay off their gambling debts. That then involves illegal guns, extortion of the gambler's family members etc.

Not only do I not have any problem with these 55 illegal immigrants being arrested, detained and deported... I think it is exactly the places that law enforcement, including ICE should be focused on. Not on day labourers hanging out at Home Depot or berry pickers. But I also think that these 55 need to be deported legally, through the courts. NOT because they deserve any leniency (being there is prima facie evidence) but that civilized, democratic society based on rules and laws deserves it.

I've been inadvertently taken to semi-secret cockfighting events in the Dominican and it is ALL about gambling. And it attracts the worst type of sadistic mouth breathers. There is no question that everything about cockfighting and dog fighting attracts the lowest, most vile people to participate in criminal activity.

The only comment was that it wasn't associated with organized crime. But I stand probably corrected by your own experience with this type of activity.

All of what he says is congruent with cockfighting. It's not the local Rotary Club holding a community fundraiser with BBQ'd roosters after the fun and games has wrapped up.

So, on what basis are you questioning whether a highly illegal, cruel gambling/loansharking activity has gang affiliations?

I was writing and posted my respoonse as you were probably writing ^this^.

As for my own experience. I used to go to the DR, Cuba, CR and some other Caribbean places with a couple guys every winter whoring, fishing, diving, drinking etc. We always hire a local guide who specializes in organizing everything and driving us around. (I refuse to drive in the DR and Cuba due to the reverse onus on traffic accident liability and the CRAZY drivers).

Anyways, this one Sunday he is driving us along the road between towns to find something to eat and pulls over at a roadside cantina hut with a lady serving up wood fired pan fried whole red snapper. We were thrilled and piled out of the car. We noticed that back in the jungle about 100 yards from the fish fry lady that there are dozens of cars and even more motorcycles. And then a bunch of yellling, cheering, etc scared the shit out of me. Asked what's going on and he told us. I didn't even want to see it but one of the guys was really curious so we went and had a look. Was there for about ten minuntes while our fish was cooking. Disgusting.

So as we ate our fish at the makeshift tables at the cantina, the guide explained everything about the cockfighting. All the gambling, loansharking, assaults, extortion and even murder. Said everything, everything, is connected to organized crime. However, one thing that was off limits to cockfights was drugs. The DR police will look past all the rest of it as they are probably getting a taste, but NOT drugs. The DR is very strict about drug enforcement. But nothing wrong with a nice Sunday afternoon of cockfighting! It's pretty accepted in the DR.

Maybe I am naiive but maybe the investigation into the related criminal activities is ongoing? 🤷‍♂️ 😜

But on the subject. LE's obsession with always trying t flip one guy to get to the next Mr. Big(ger) is not always a good idea. In cases like this, it is better to take down the activity and the small players, including spectators, to sned a message to the next small fish.

You think ICE just has a completely sorted list ranked in order of criminality that they are just skipping over and moving to the bottom of the list first?
That's not how it works.

You think they are not going after gangs? Is that the narrative you're trying to peddle here? Jeezuz

So... what you're saying is, "ICE is the American Taliban"
Its terrible how you guys treat women in Afghanistan. Not funny

80% of them can't get a education or work

Almost 80% of all women under 30 years old are excluded from education or work under the Islamist Taliban regime in Afghanistan, a report by the United Nations released on Tuesday showed.
If the rulers in Kabul continue to exclude girls and women from higher education, the number of qualified women in the labour market would significantly decrease, the UN warned.
Under the Taliban, who have been back in power in Afghanistan since August 2021, women are prohibited from accessing education from the seventh grade onwards.

In December, the Islamists also banned women from training in the medical field.
Although some schools still offer lessons for older girls contrary to the order, the UN emphasizes that this is not a sustainable alternative.

Afghan women are also excluded from numerous professions by the Taliban. However, due to economic necessity, women are dependent on work according to the UN report, with 24% of Afghan women currently employed or seeking work. Many are forced to take poorly paid jobs in the informal sector.

"Afghanistan’s greatest resource is its women and girls," said the executive director of UN Women, Sima Bahous. "We must stand with them in their pursuit of a country that reflects their rights and the aspirations of all Afghans."

Talking about these guys

Sanctuary State NY: Migrant Convicted of Sexually Abusing Two Young Girls

A migrant in upstate New York has been convicted of sexually abusing two girls under the age of 13 in 2023 and 2024.

Jose Argueta, a 27-year-old migrant whom the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has lodged a detainer against, was convicted on three counts of felony first-degree sexual abuse of children days ago in Washington County, New York.
Screenshot 2025-06-20 194055.png

According to prosecutors, Argueta sexually abused the two girls in 2023 and 2024, which included the migrant inappropriately touching the girls and forcing them to engage in sexual conduct with him.

Though prosecutors offered Argueta a plea deal, he rejected the offer, which would have allowed him to accept guilt to just one count of sexual abuse. If he had taken the plea deal, Argueta would have only faced a 7-year prison sentence.

He now faces up to 21 years in prison. His sentencing will take place next month.

What would bring you to this conclusion? Confirmation bias? You only see the news that you want to see.

It's called a sweep. They're rounding up every piece of shit illegal alien criminal and deporting them from murderers on down to cock fighting gamblers.
