First, I am 100% supportive of the blitzkreig to hunt down and arrest, then deport the El Salavadoran criminals to the famous jail. And to try, convict, sentence and deport others.
I'm undecided over sending non-Salvadorans to El Salvador because I don't think it is legal. However, I suppose that the US could pass a law to amend their prison private contracting/outsourcing laws to extend outside domestic incarceration facilities to, say, El Salvador. Might run into some 'cruel and unusual punishment laws but IDK enough about that aspect.
However, in reading the articles linked by Skoob, I noticed something.
Interestingly, few of the MS13 gang leaders had the trademark tattoos. And many of the members didn't have them either. I'm pretty sure ICE/LE didn't make the colossal mistake of arresting the wrong guys.
So it shows that not all MS13 and other gang members are so readily identifiable by, say, their famous tattoos. Some are pretty white looking too.
I posted a few pics of gang LEADERS who didn't have (visible) tattoos. Check out the links Skoobie posted to see others for yourself.

ICE Colorado said on Friday their agents were trying to detain Jose Reyes Leon-Deras, a criminal alien from El Salvador who was convicted of child rape in Italy, when members of a local anti-ICE group alerted him to their presence.
ICE said the group, Colorado Rapid Response, posted on social media that ICE was in the area, allowing him time to flee.
During our surveillance of Leon, members of Colorado Rapid Response arrived on scene and alerted him to law enforcement’s presence, which allowed him to escape arrest," ICE Colorado said. "Groups like this interfere with ICE’s ability to keep communities safe."
ICE shared a Facebook post from the group, written in English and Spanish, alerting its followers to ICE's presence in the area and the type of vehicle agents were using.
ICE has asked the public to report Leon-Deras to federal authorities if they see the migrant but warned the public not to approach him.
