I've found that my 1st shot is quicker than I like, especially if I've not been close with someone in a while. Plus I get so aroused exploring the female body, seeing how she responds to kisses, squeezes, nibbles, erotic talk.... I like my sessions to be a combo of giving & receiving pleasure.
2nd shot lasts longer, and on occasion a 3rd. As I get older, the 3rd is more rare.

Although when I was having sex regularly, (several times a week or even days in a row) I could last longer.
Varies by decade. Now can go quite a while. Yup. I agree. 20-49 easy 3 SOG... once in a while 4. Best was 5 in a 90min duo with 2 ladies who were totally bi & taught me a few things. But that was 25yrs ago.

I know that many struggle with it. Could be mental, ED or just getting older.
I personally find it challenging to keep erection throughout entire session and even harder to pop sometimes. Condom dulls sensations, new surroundings make it difficult to relax and let go, many distractions. I've had 1 hour sessions where I couldn't pop while maintaining full erection. It's as if something was holding me be back and wouldn't allow me to release.
No such issues at home so must be mostly mental.
