Fake 911 calls are illegal down here as well, though there would possibly be prosecution free zones like Texas.Except that, like this protest, this is coming from the US.

Ford announced reducing mandates long ago BASED ON CASES declining. Kenney was pretty short on mandates since the start. Most importantly, Trudeau has nothing to do with any mandates other than for those crossing the border.
