The reportage I've seen is he followed the victim for about 10 minutes before the attack. Then stood by and did nothing during.
The team still has him under suspension. I think he knows the attackers but let them do the dirty work.
Either way he is a piece of shit for standing by.
So far. I'm curious if the attackers will plea out and say he instigated it. I probably wouldn't work but I'm getting the feeling it was his "entourage"

So many athletes are morons who became crying little wimps when they are held to account. Just look at hockey guys at a press conference - they are scared those awful people with cameras and microphones will show how stupid and useless the athletes are
Simple fact is that many many people in the world believe homosexuality is a sin , not a popular view point in today’s world but that is a fact that many don’t agree with it and actually consider it a mental illness . I don’t personally care who you screw always thought is so many other problems in the world besides sexual gratification. I honestly like being told how to think and what I have to accept in out so called “free” society besides all that pretty bad to see anyone get the tar beat out of them no matter what the y like and don’t like

Every other issue we are all gung ho to try and understand and fix but for some reason acknowledging LGBT as being not normal is wrong
In no way excuses violence (whoever involved should get full extent of the law) and I also disagree with stigmatizing or discriminating (it would be like punishing someone who had any other mental illness)
