a question for Iphone users

no just Iphones in general, I am thinking about getting one (but I will wait till the Iphone4 is released in Canada)
I keep hearing that it sucks reception wise as a phone but I am not sure if that is one nework (ATT) in the USA that is giving it a bad wrap.
I will be using mine on Telus FWIW
AT&T is a big reason why many people in the states don't want to switch to the iPhone.
It's not the iPhone, it's AT&T. They have always sucked. Consumer Reports rated them the worst carrier along with Sprint. I don't even consider using AT&T. I think most people were surprised when Apple went witn AT&T.
That is the $64 million dollar question???
Why would Apple, which ENDLESSLY CARPS about their SUPERIOR 'EVERYTHING' compared to all others to justify their over priced iStuff, go with one of the crappiest networks out there!!!....

I have asked that question myself. AT&T bought someone, Cingular maybe, to become the biggest, but not by much. Total customers is all I can think, but they had to know how shitty AT&T was. Hope Jobs or someone let's us in on it some day. I use the iPhone 3G...receptions not a problem. Pretty much pulls it in as well as the BB at my cottage...and that for me is the proving ground!
I understand that the 4G has some major antenna problems that Apple are finally responding too. I wouldn't buy the 4 until they get this problem fixed.
