My older brothers used to play a game called "leisure suit Larry" I would say about 10-12 years ago.
It was pretty basic, and compared to the graphics available now, well, not that great!
But good concept!

Try searching for games made by "Gillian Bonner". She owns a company called "Black <something>". Used to make adult computer games (soft-core) and now is in cahoots with Playboy.com.

There is a group of local guys (GTA east based/Waterloo grads I think) who are apparently dominating the adult interactive game market at the moment. Unfortunately I can't remember the company name but I think I saw them on Venture a couple of months ago.

I wish I could be more helpful, but Wendy Mesley talking adult interactive video games distracted me and I didn't make it to the end of the show.
