Firstly, don't act as nervous as you seem to be. There is a certain amount of charm that comes with humility and being arrogant is not good either.

If you've been talking for quite sometime, you obviously know each other somewhat well (sense of humor, likes/dislikes, etc), so most importantly...be yourself (or at least the guy that you've been over the internet). If she has gone as far as to invite you, she must like the guy that she's chatted with a little bit.

If he is there on a vacation to spend time with her, he has the advantage of her knowing exactly how long he will be there for before his return flight. Thus, if she is indeed interested in him, she probably will not delay too long sex wise.
