Several studies have been done in control groups featuring known infected individuals and their partners. The risk of transmission through bbbjs was found in all cases to be extremely low. The risk of contracting aids through bbbj is certainly not negligible, but then again, it is actually in the same order as the risk associated with intercourse that is protected by condoms.
