THe Aliens are coming !!!!!!!!!!! What next !!!!!!!! LOL

a group of United Airlines employees swear they saw a mysterious, saucer-shaped craft hovering over O’Hare Airport last fall. The workers, some of them pilots, said the object didn’t have lights and hovered over an airport terminal before shooting up through the clouds, according to a report in Monday’s Chicago Tribune.

The Federal Aviation Administration acknowledged that a United supervisor had called the control tower at O’Hare, asking if anyone had spotted a spinning disc-shaped object. But the controllers didn’t see anything, and a preliminary check of radar found nothing out of the ordinary, FAA spokeswoman Elizabeth Isham Cory said.

but of course they all must have been doing lsd together ....and had a great trip

another cover up ?

“Our theory on this is that it was a weather phenomenon,” Cory said. “That night was a perfect atmospheric condition in terms of low (cloud) ceiling and a lot of airport lights. When the lights shine up into the clouds, sometimes you can see funny things.”

The FAA is not investigating, Cory said.

Probably an optical weather-related effect, as stated in the video.

If not that, then the military or someone's UAV.

With all those gazillion camera phones out there, you'd think that eventually there would be some good close-up pictures of aliens, ghosts, what have you.

But there aren't, are there? You'd almost think they didn't really exist...

So are you implying all the pilots that saw it was drunk ,plus the workers ?

They were not reported as drunk

I find it fasinating that some people that report UFOs use simliar descriptions such as 'saucer shaped'

Well, that part of it isn't really that odd. It's already fairly well-documented that people who see something out of the ordinary will fill in details that they expect from their own memory, and the idea of the saucer shaped UFO is very well-known at this point. I have no doubt that they saw something and that it wasn't merely weather nor standard military but the details after that would be largely suspect as their minds filled in for the panic of the unknown and they immediately talked about it to create a shared experience.

At least it sounds like it left the gate on time, unlike a lot of other flights out of OHare

I for one do not believe that life only exists on this rock and nowhere else.

To presume so is simply stupidity. I have to believe that the universe is teaming with life.

As such, I have to believe that many other lifeforms are far more advanced than us. I only hope that they are benevolent.

Who among us wouldn't love the opportunity to meet a real live E.T.

This is kewl ,insurance covers meteorites...

While some estimates say up to 50 meteorites strike the Earth every day, it's rare for any to crash into homes. The good news is that many insurance policies actually cover meteor strikes.

The object is the size of a golf ball but weighs as much as a can of soup, according to AP.

It crashed through a two-story house in Monmouth County on Tuesday night, breaking tiles on a bathroom floor before rebounding into a wall.

Dang!

No offense but if this had been a meteorite then something the size of a golf ball would've left a crater the size of a small house upon impact. The fact that it bounced on a tile floor is likely the biggest clue it is not a meteorite but it makes a great cover story to keep the public calm.

Anyone want to bet the mystery agencies investigating are DHS, NSA and NCIS? :D
