Lexi, with your looks and physique, I recommend Singapore. English speaking, affluent, safe, clean, warm, great location for weekend trips. Guys over there (mostly asian customers) would be *very* interested in someone like you. Presently local girls charge about C$400 an hour (due to rarity) and other imports (chinese, thai, etc) charge about C$100 an hour. You'd be in a position to charge at least C$300+ an hour. There is the Ipanema or Brix, where SPs hang out for guys.

You'd have to get a permit to work, then get a license, then rent a room in the Red Light District or go to work for one of the brothels. It's a lot of hoops to jump through. If you're going for a 2 week vacation, probably not worth it. If you wanted to go for 6+ months, you could probably justify it. I don't think they make as much as you would here though, and stiffer competition.
Lower the rate will gain volume in business, more volume more income. You don't need to go elsewhere!
I've made three trips to Amsterdam and on the last occasion I didn't even bother. You would have to work in a brothel for some reason working as a private courtesan is difficult there and most hotels will not tolerate it. You would do better as a musician or artist there than you would as an sp. You'd make more money as a high end sp in Paris.

I don't know when you were there last, the usual rate was 50 Euros for 15 minutes last I was there (18 months ago) but every girl is free to set her own rates (never met one that did though).

Hot Euro chicks in the legal areas of Amsterdam, German FKK clubs etc are a dime a dozen.
You'd be competing against a lot of great looking ladies with nice skin, nice bodies plus the prices are bound to be lower.
What minority guy(who white chicks normally don't go for in civilian life) would not go crazy for a hot white chick of your caliber and looks?
