It wouldn't surprise me if Hershell lifted but just stayed away from the camera. I believe he started with only body weight and built a solid foundation but as the money came in, I would bet he's hit the gym in private.

Yeah, I agree he was a freak of nature but the man walked into a weight room and benched 400lbs. I don't care who you are and how awesome your genetics are. Nobody is walking into a gym, laying back on a bench press and pumping out a 400lb bench press if you've never done it before unless maybe you are the size of Andre the Giant. LOL
One can claim he doesn't do it on a regular basis. I myself mainly use heavy dumbells for benching and can still do a decent bench press but can I claim I never bench press? No, because I still do with the use of dumbells. I can also say, my PR with the bar isn't as good as when I was benching with the bar regularly.
Okay....What I am saying that he wasn't he regular weight trainer. Like in the weight room 3 to 4 times a week. Hitting a body part twice a week like was common with bodybuilders of that era. Francis was ahead of the curve when it came to training though, So yes I agree he was weight training. He was a fast twitch marvel. PEDs aside.

Okay so other day I discussed with this a female friend of mine who is an ex MPA. She's been around the block a few times.
She's following this whole schmozzle with Tate.
When she read what he allegedly texted. She said everybody has their kink when it comes to sex. Perhaps this was just theirs. Straight up that was her response.
Now perhaps he's that stupid to think he can sexually assault her and can text her about it in that fashion but I'm thinking not. Or better yet I'm prepared to accept the possibility that he is not.

FWIW I watched a video with some Romanian lawyer who said that the prosecution is currently led by some very top brass guy who would never accept carriage of this case if there was a chance it was a loser. If I was Tate I would hate hearing that.

I'll tell you from my dealings it's not very flattering in the least.
I said this before. If he was being charged in the UK I would feel more assured of the possibility of guilt.
all I am saying is that it doesn't look pretty for him. Maybe evidence against him is legit or maybe it's fabricated by Rothchilds using Jewish lasers but I would bet the evidence is there.
Therein lies the difference. I will wait to see the entirety of the evidence presented before making a decision whereas others will show blind trust.
