If you get pulled over by a cop for a traffic violation, do you start lecturing the cop, calling him or her an idiot for pulling you over and laughing in their face that you are innocent and will make them look silly in court?

When the officer pulls you over, you have no idea what you did and when the officer tells you that you did a roll and stop you actually believe you stopped. NOW, do you argue, belittle the officer and tell the officer you are innocent and you will make a jackass out of him in court? Then after he tickets you, you lock the rear tires and leave a 10 ft. patch of black on the street pulling out. Is this what you would do because you feel wrongly accused?

Typically, courts of law go far beyond 10 second YouTube clips for evidence of serious charges.

If the Tater gets found not guilty, I'll shrug and say "an asshole got off". And then I'll go read something else on the net. I think the Tater's fate is sealed. If he is found guilty he will smoke Romanian prison inmates crotch cigars for years, then when he is released his scumpire will be in ruins. If he is found not guilty, he will be run out of the country with not many jurisdictions that want him, citizen or not. He will not be welcome in the UK or USA where has dual citizenship.
He was living the good life, if he had done so under the radar he could have avoided all his troubles. It was his big mouth that has him in sheisse up to his nostrils.
It is important to remember that the "court case" here won't look like a trial in the US or Canada due to the different system.
It isn't an adversarial process, if I understand the way Romanian courts follow the Civil Law tradition.
