When my car is turned off the radio works fine.. ...but when the car is running am hardly gets any am reception and fm is ok but not the range then when the car is not running. Any idea's?
When the car is running, are the stations getting blanketed by static? If so, you might try installing noise suppressors on the spark plug wires. They should be available at a typical auto parts store.
