Another reason Tice is such an asshole

Mike Tice was whining to the papers yesterday about the number of people (possibly season ticket holders) who scalped their tickets for last Sundays contest.

- IMHO Tice is the reason the Lions are in the sorry ass shape they're in.

- Keep Mariucci -fire bonehead.

- the fans are practically picketing the games for this guy to quit -holy crap Tice show some pride and quit.

-Tice questioned the fans' loyalty and support in his statements.

- And lastly, wasn't Tice heavily fined for scalping his Super Bowl tickets last year?

scrap the Mariucci comment! I was just so shocked at reading Tice's comments.

I hope he's not trying to take a high ground against the fans...because amongst the things that happened on his watch ...there's the Lake Minnetonka incident ... the Whizzinator....trading Moss ( wanted to take team to a new direction)....a team so out of control the owner had to hire an FBI agent as head of security. I believe a coach or a leader is responsible for the actions of the people he commands.

Tice is a disgrace.

what the hell is this about, wrong state.

but on the other hand, he is a great coach, all the way back from his college days he has never had a bad rep for anything, his record is a .500 one, with most of the time not the greatest squad. He gets the job done. lets not forget the Vikings started out 1 -4 and now are in the playoffs (potentially barring any last minute blow ups)

Mike Tice has saved the season. No Moss....No Culpepper...Brad Johnson is his QB, 85 rating at best. Defence is injury prone.

This team still has a chance at a wild card...long shot, but still.

wouldnt you be upset if in the most crucial game of the season, and you have the luxury of being at home, all of your season ticket "Vikings Fans" sell there tickets to "steelers fans" thus eliminating the support of the fans and crowd noise. Minnesota(if anyone actually watched the game) was in the red zone 3 seperate occassions and came up pointless thats right pointless , a key situation where crowd support can be a powerful tool. Anyways fans should be fans to there team is all he was saying . Minnesota lost, hes upset , I say way to go Tice you rule.

There's nothing wrong at being upset -but if Tice decides to take the moral high ground on scalping ....scalping? Tice has the nerve to criticize fans who paid good money for their tickets, the fans can do whatever they want with these tickets. If they decide to sell them because the product on the field is substandard, then; so be it.

Tice shouldn't even utter the word scalping.
