I would like to invite cupid join in the discussion and tell us what kind of issues they had with Ottawa. Maybe they're ticked off at my post, maybe it's something else entirely ? I'm guessing the not a lack of customers since they were turning people away.

It would be nice to know what they are upset about, maybe we can learn from it ?
