My best friend's brother is the guy that owns the commercial pay per view rights for most fights. When he had the UFC rights (before UFC decided they could do it better, the suckers lol), he used to offer finders fees to anyone that reported a venue that showed the fight without paying him for it. It's amazing the number of bars that would just order the home PPV package.
