I have been to Prague a couple of times, as well as to Amsterdam, Costa Rica, Budapest and Hamburg, to sample the sp talent. I thought the sex trade in Prague was awesome, and my recollection was that the prices were quite reasonable. About $100USD for an hour of fs. Yes, I do think $100USD for a girl is reasonable. I said reasonable, I didn't say cheap. Girls are less expensive in Budapest (as low as $40USD) and Costa Rica ($60 - $80USD), but I thought the quality for the money was higher in Prague.

I was there a year and a half ago for a few days. Absolutely outstanding. For my taste, far far better than Amsterdam. The women were not as jaded, nor was the scene as commercially tawdry. I've heard the prices have gone up since I was there, but it still seems possible to have a good time starting at around $60.00. As the previous poster mentioned, www.escort.cz is an awesome site, and quite accurate. As a general rule, I'd stay away from the clubs, (except for the sights), and stick to the Privats for value. Also, if you are feeling adventurous, and still under 40, picking up girls of breathtaking beauty is dead easy in a lot of the downtown dance clubs. Have fun, I envy you.
the posts about high costs are inaccurate. Certainly, if you look on websites or in the yellow pages in prague, you'll pay what you'll pay in TO. But head north to Teplice or Dubi (on the border with Germany, less than an hour from Prague). half hour full service is $50, an hour is $100, and the service is, at least often, incredible. Avoid the girls on the street -- you might get dinged -- and choose one of the clubs.

Well sadly enough Czech has recently experienced a flood and most of Prague is still a mess.

When I visited Prague and Budapest, it was very easy to get around because so many people can speak and/or understand some English. Absolutely not an issue in any of the big cities.
Of course, it helps to know a few phrases (Czech and Hungarian are not easy, btw), and the locals truly appreciate it if you try to speak their language.
