Any Chapters will have a nice selection of what yer lookin for. I got my Moleskine's there.
Good one - I forgot about Chapters which might even have fancier stuff than the office suppy stores (G & T may have an executive line). Try the stationery section of any fine department store too.

If you'd like a book with higher quality paper (even hand made paper) why not try looking at the art stores. Loomis & Tooles and Curries have very nice quality books with heavier weight of paper designed originally for sketching or maybe water colour painting but I'm sure they'll suit your needs.

Franklin Covey makes nice notebooks. I have been using them for over 10 years. Google them to find a stationary store in Toronto. There is a place at First Canadian Place that I go to....

my two cents....moleskines. I have several journals plus sketch book going. Can't beat it...but some fountain pens do bleed through the notebooks.
