anyone know any program that

takes an already huge picture, say from a digital camera, and shrink it to a say 100x100 pixel size, and lets u save it like that


all my programs i use for file transfer from my digital cameras suck

any advice?

Windows Picture Viewer allows you to resize the images and resave them. Go to "Images" and then "Resize" and pick your size...pixels or inches.
