This phenomenon I encounter while surfin the net is driving me CRAZY! Sometimes I get the webpage sometimes I don't. Sometimes I don't but if I hit refresh 5-10 times I do get the page. It's like my computer refuses to connect to some sites and does so completely at random intervals. Also I know it's not a browser problem as Firefox says it can not connect to the page either (though I know the page is up). I've tried everything from checking for virus + spyware to erasing my internet file folder to resetting winsock. It keeps happening "Page cannot be displayed" and it's total B.S.
