I have no problems calling Toronto or Montreal for that matter from a 613 [Ottawa and Eastern Ontario] area code. I was asked once about it, but it's no Biggie or Tupac for that matter.
People travel with their cell phones, so I can't see anyone having an issue.

I’ve tried it. You won’t get any details out of her over the phone. Everything is done in person. I believe she doesn’t like to be reviewed so for that reason I won’t give any specifics.
It’s an interesting experience, happy I tried it, may not do it again. Would visit her again though

I'm from Montreal, live here in Ottawa, never had any issue with my 514 number.

Oh, for sure, you'll get once in a while that crazy psycho who will say something but it's not the majority and don't stop you because of that. Im a traveller and hobby in several cities without any such problem.
