Arnie - who split his lip - was given 15 stitches by paramedics at Santa Monica's St John's Hospital, while Patrick was treated for cuts and bruises following the incident yesterday afternoon (08.01.05). Father and son are now said to be recovering at home.

The star - who had a heart operation in 1997 - said at the time: "It was very painful, much more painful than the heart surgery. A rib breaking is, like, the worst."
