Firstly, I have no problem with Ashley raising her rate. She has been consistently well reviewed and deserves a raise.
I have a minor question: Wasn't your name "Ashley" when you were starting out with an agency many years ago? I'm pretty sure I saw you (and had a great time with you) way back then. Time for a repeat!
