Too bad the ghost plane flys the approach at the same speed as Asiana.
It would be more realistic if the ghost aircraft maintains the proper approach speed.

I'm not making light of this situation but how this gets passed onto TV is just incredible.

Talking Head.
News anchors will read whatever is put on the TelePrompTer.
Someone was either playing a "joke" on the anchor or playing
"joke" on the station and someone in their rush to be first on
the air with the names did not see it for what it was.
