Escape from Toronto== in other words, Burlington.

The atlantic provinces have lost just as much from the transfers they've received over the years. Harper got alot of flack for it, but they (used) to have a pretty negative attitude towards risk-taking....but lately I've seen a pickup in their optimism over there.
