This should apply especially if we only get a 24 hour ban or some other fairly short "time-out".

If i don't know why I was locked out how can I stop myself from being too offensive for terb 2 tolerate when i get back in?

Do you ever give warnings to say that we do something again we will be lockedout?

The Ban & Don't Tell policy is counterproductive and ineffectual.

Something tells me that exepct in extreme cases warnings are sent VIA PM.. But in any event this is a privite site and the owner and representitives have the right to ban people.

You have no need to be insultive. Why do you find it necessary to become abusive when you are told no?

feminista makes some good points, if the offender knew the limit and penalty they could correct their behaviour. Perhaps it should be known publicly, then others would be deterred as well. Let's try to apply these rules more evenly as well, I see many people who are more argumentative than feminista but they are given free rein.

Unfortunately, while encouraging behaviour modification is a good thing, we don't see that as our role here.
Btw I don't think feminista was ever banned, it seems feminista's account was malfunctioning for other reasons.

lol..If you catch me in banning mood you can be banned for anything really.

god fred i wish you just told me that when i was asking u.

i even went and read your rules trying to figure out what I had done.

My computer was fine and this site was working so I assumed went i got a forbidden notice for almost exactly 24 hours that I had been grounded.

Do u do 24 hour suspensions?

I couldn't access the site a few days ago. Apparently some people were locked out due to a technical malfunction - something about a script error if I remember correctly. There is a thread about it.
