Probably not. Maybe but I don't think so. But IMHO a free ride at Alabama for example is more important than playing for the Toronto Maple Leafs or Barrie Baycats.

Some EX MLB players played for the Leafs that last few years. The Butler boys and Paul Spoljeric who I think is now in Barrie.
