I came up with six.

Hit. Hit, Runner Thrown Out at Third or Home, Hit, Runner Thrown Out at third or home, Hit, Hit, Batter Hits Ball thats hits baserunner (Third Out but batter gets credit for a hit)

Oh, and technically, these aren't "ground rule" doubles. Ground rules are rules which are specific to a ballpark. These are "book rule" or "automatic" doubles. The use of the term "ground rule double" to apply to a ball that bounces over the outfield fence at Rogers Centre, for example is wrong, since it has nothing to do with the "ground rules" of the park. The typical baseball announcer always gets this wrong. Just FYI.
Good point. The other thing that bugs me about baseball (well, there are a few things even though it's my favourite sport) is when they say "This team is 24 and 20, 4 games over .500..." WRONG! If they're 24 and 20 they've played 44 games, and .500 ball would be 22 and 22, therefore the team in question is only 2 games over .500. But then, we're talking about a sport that posts batting averages after a player's first appearance of the season, talk about 'statistics of small numbers'!

In cases involving unforced double plays the batter is credited with an rbi even if he hits into a double play.

Eg.: If there are no outs and runners at second and third and the batter hits to the shorstop who tags out the runner from second while he's running to third and then throws out the batter at first base then the batter is credited with an rbi when the runner at third scores.
