According to my gyn, the only risk is if there are open sores. Herpes and warts can be transmitted orally, but to date there has not been a case of HIV from oral sex. Something in the stomach acid is the assumption. However, if you are carrying and she has, say a cold sore, there could be a risk of you infecting her. But it is your bodily fluids that are transferring to her, so the risk is mostly in that direction.

Nothing is ever 100% safe and assured, like I said there are some infections that can be transmitted orally, but the risk is low.
