I've seen plenty of ugly women with good looking guys, but usually not with celebrities. It's more socially acceptable for women to date men less physically attractive than themselves than the other way around, and people care a lot about what others think of their choice of partners, no matter how much they pretend otherwise. Of course celebrities care even more about such matters of appearance.
