I have been with wind for two years.I have only had to call them twice.Who needs customer service when everything goes according to plan.40 $ a month,unlimited text,data NORTH AMERICAN long distance(boy do I get my $ worth) voice mail ect.....What is there to complain about even if I did experience bad customer service(wich I didn't).I used to be with bell (hell),sky high rates,traps galore,FUCKING EMILY !!!!!!!! then shitty customer service FUCK BELL FOREVER ...and I would rather get great customer service from an SP,not a cell company.
