Probably the worst CS on the planet...........Past 2 days I'vs spent a combined 4.5 hours speaking to various people regarding a problem that they created on my phone......the absolute worst!!! :mad::mad::mad:

They are all a pain in the ass all 3 providers. Bell, Rogers, Telus and there smaller companies like kodoo and fido.
There rates are crazy they should start taking lessons from Wind or Mobilicity.

I will be breaking my contract and switching over to the smaller company they are more affordable.

Wind has infamously bad customer service. They provide a good service, at a good price, but their customer service is idiotic in the extreme. It's outsourced I believe, to people who haven't got a clue and can't do anything for you.

All technology companies have lousy service. All of them. Once in a while you will stumble on a guy who actually knows what he's doing, but it's rare. Let's face it, they outsource customer service and tech service to a third world call centre because it's cheap. They pay some guy a buck an hour.

What do you expect? Good service? Ha. It would be easier to go to the moon. This thread is the perfect case in point of what these companies are up against. You guys all want great service, but you don't want to pay for it. You complain about high cell phone bills (implying you want to pay less) but at the same time bitch about shitty customer service (what, are you willing to pay for that?)

Cell phone service may be cheaper in the USA, but they have ten times the population. Canada is a MASSIVE country with a small population. Building those moble towers across the second biggest country in the world is not cheap.

I have been with wind for two years.I have only had to call them twice.Who needs customer service when everything goes according to plan.40 $ a month,unlimited text,data NORTH AMERICAN long distance(boy do I get my $ worth) voice mail ect.....What is there to complain about even if I did experience bad customer service(wich I didn't).I used to be with bell (hell),sky high rates,traps galore,FUCKING EMILY !!!!!!!! then shitty customer service FUCK BELL FOREVER ...and I would rather get great customer service from an SP,not a cell company.

I was with Hell and switched to Rogers. Much better service for me, was my experience with Rogers. Of course, YMMV.
