This part of Germany legalizing Protitution in 2003 is a joke right? I was in Europe in 2000 and each country I was in had RLD. So what is the difference here with RLD?

Besides RLDs there are large brothels on the outskirts of towns (industrial areas) that are completely separate from RLDs. They are known as FKKs or sauna clubs. The red light districts are more for tourists.

I took a double take too when I read that article and saw the 2003 legalization of prostitution comment. Prostitution in Germany has been legal for a long time. I've been over there 3 times and have enjoyed the delights of many LEGAL Fkk's since 1999. Whoever wrote that article didn't do their research!
