Yep. You are correct, it came on stream in 1990.

I like older stuff from before the 80's that was reran in the 80's like wacky races. Muttly was hilarious.

the new Thundercats series they introduced in the 2011 was so retarded. too much freaking talking and character development.

@ keibler elf. Visionaries- knights of the magical light was the same as far as mature storytelling. The voice acting was top notch (Shakespeareian-lite.) And the medieval theme (think game of thrones meets Green Lantern.)
