I would have to say that TURTLE JACKS is my all time favorite place to watch a hockey game, Gretzsky's is nice if you can get in...(long line ups)..I also enjoy watching games at Hooters but they closed the location by my house (Keele/Finch) ...I cant really concentrate on the game at the Strip Club but Pro does have a large screen TV...

Any other suggestions for places to watch the game that have good atmospheres????????

Thanks a bunch!

Help please!

I too am looking for suggestions. I've got a group of roughly 40 people I need to take out. I tried to book Gretzky's but they won't let me reserve the big room at the back, nor will they reserve space for me in any area that has TVs.

I need a place downtown that can handle a group. Any suggestions?

The Loose Moose on Front St isn't bad. Tons of TVs and Naughty Hotties (hot girls whose only job is to walk around and talk to the guys in the bar). Every now and then you get to see some chick make her contribution to the bra hall of fame.

Here's their website (it's fairly annoying, so be forewarned):

Try the Madison Ave Pub (on Madison Avenue, 14?). Just north-east of Bloor/Spadina. Several thousand sqft. Most have TV's including many levels of patio space. Some areas are closed off and you may be able to book, probably with no charge, if they have the staff. btw, parking is a bitch.

The Maddy is a great spot, however, they rarely have the volume turned up, so all you get is the picture.

I checked out Shoeless Joes down on King St W (southside) near Spadina last year for a few playoff games. TV's all over, sound cranked up, not bad choice of beer.

Haven't been there in eons but there is a sports bar on Yonge Street (can't remember the name), just north of College on the west side. Hey...you can watch the players score, then, later on, go over the Roommates and do the same.

Maddy, 2nd floor smoking section has the volume up.

Hoops is on Yonge, just north of College. It's a bit small, so if you don't get there early or book, SOL.
