Best Italian in T.O

My favorite used to be La Scala on Bay south of Bloor, but they've been closed for some time now. For fine nothern Italian dining I'd recommend Coppi on Yonge St., north of Lawrence. Some very creative dishes, not your typical pastas and meats all covered in heavy duty tomato sauce.

I can't believe that nobody has recommended California's. The, and I mean THE best veal sandwiches in town. It's more of a lunch kind of place, but I literally could have breakfast, lunch and dinner there. They are that good!
