The charge of rape was presented to the CIVIL jury, they REJECTED it. They did not believe Carroll's claims of rape so it was reduced to a lesser charge of sexual abuse.

So all the incessant blather here about "felony rape" etc,. is just willful ignorance and/or blatant lies by trolls.
