Although I admit she was obnoxious, who decides whether or not to "delete her account"?
I've seen far worse behaviour on this board in the past month or so, yet those individuals continue to post their insults and hate with impunity.
Fred, its your board and therefore you have the right to make up your own rules regarding appropriate behaviour and censorship, but it should be done consistently and not arbitrarily.

I'm sure as far as Fred and any others involved in the decision making process are concerned, they are consistent. I think they are as well, for the most part.
