I have no kids, but I'm sure if I had some and questioned their choice in a GF/BF they would say the same thing.
Bill is an adult and so are his kids.

I don't have any reliable source or reference but I would like to think Bill is somewhat of a smart man based on his coaching tenure and years in the football business. He is absolutely getting something beneficial from this relationship like most wealthy white men his age are when their dating a younger women and most often it revolves around sex. Even if it's not sex related she has to be getting him off which is probably good enough for him.
