There was a parliamentary committee on Bill C36 they did a review of the legislation. They released a technical paper which I found. What I'm asking for is if someone please has a link to the committee hearings if they can post a link to the videos.

My guess is not for a long time and if Pee Pee wins, its going to get bad as he comes down on the industry as his mentor Harper did with C36

Eventually, a charter challenge will be brought before the SCC… For now, we play the waiting game.
