So you believe a predisposition to crime is based on skin colour. At least you admit your belief in racial determinism.Ok, I will answer your question. I would say that white people are more likely to commit crimes than some groups of non-white people, many of whom have entered this country in poverty. it is something that should be acknowledge and have open discussion of why this is so. Don't you agree with that as an overall principle?
Now you can answer mine. Could you please elaborate further on the information you provided list all the 'many other groups' that have been heavily involved in gang violence over the last few decades.
As for your question, willful ignorance doesn't win discussions. Have you never heard of Mafia, Triads, Tongs, Irish Mob, Russian Mafia, Aryan Nations, .... ?
Here is a huge list of ethnic gangs including many white and Asian ethnicities (not to mention the bikers).
List of gangs in Canada - Wikipedia

And it is pretty easy to find that ethnic make-up of gangs differs in different areas of the country, pretty closely tied to which ethnicities are poor in those areas.. In Vancouver, the largest ethnic group is Asian making up 45%. On the East Coast, Caucasians make up 47%. In Ontario, the largest group are blacks at 36%. But I'm sure you won't want to read any of those studies either.
