A lot of the ads on kijiji are now accepting “tips”, my gut feeling does tell me not to dive in though

Today at 12:24 the first page of health and beauty had 24 ads 15 were for "massage". They are regular ads that appear almost every day and if you read them carefully you will most likely walk out smiling. Kijiji hasn't lowered their standards but with any rules, there ways around them.

Why would you even bother contacting a kijiji provider who you know is using fake pics..?
