Look at the replay. Isn't it obvious that the ballboy intentionally made an overt effort to try and catch the ball and in the course of trying to catch the ball interfered with a visiting Blue Jay player (Davis) in the field of play? Shouldn't the rules of fan interference also apply to ballboys and ballgirls, especially since they are trained to get out of the way of play?Come on Rocky....you can't be serious....

Yes it is obvious. There's no doubt he tried to catch the ball. Anyone accept Ray Charles could see he tried to catch the ball. To say he did that knowing that Davis had a good shot at catching it, so he would interfere with it is ridiclous. That's probably the coolest job that kid is ever going to have. to risk losing the job, not mention the level of embarresent he's feeling to try and screw up a catch on a foul ball play in a game the Royals were losing 8-4 late into the game???

Ballboy interference was a brain fart on his part.
Happ got the win but his performance was suspect, He was lucky to go 5 and as a starter you need to go at least 7 somewhat consistently.
He is 2-0 and the stars suck.
Reyes has an MRI today that will give them an idea as to how much damage and how long he may be out.
